Shipping:

Orders are usually shipped within 72 hours of being received. Orders placed over the weekend are received on Monday morning and placed in the shipping queue. We only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to APO or FPO Boxes.

Sunstation grow light systems ship in multiple boxes.

IMPORTANT: Please inspect all shipments carefully for damaged or missing items. Please report any damages or missing items immediately by calling (202) 746-9292 or sending an e-mail with your name, order number and phone number to sales@daylightdesign.net We will call to resolve the issue.

Returns:

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase you have made from us, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping charges.

All we ask is that you contact us before returning merchandise for a Return Authorization Number (RA#), that you do it within 30 days from your purchase date. Sorry, but returns sent without an RA# will be returned, unopened, to you.
